Here are some common questions about Love For Paws.
All our cakes, petries, and treats are made fresh upon the completion of your order. For orders within the Klang Valley, kindly place the order minimum 3-5 DAYS in advance. For the rest of West Malaysia, kindly place the order minimum 2 WEEKS in advance.
For orders above RMXX in the Klang Valley, we provide free shipment. For orders above RMXX in West Malaysia (outside of the Klang Valley), we charge a flat rate of RM15. For customers in the Klang Valley, you can choose to self collect or use Lalamove/Grab (pay at own cost) for delivery. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damage or whatsoever caused to the cake during the delivery. For the rest of West Malaysia, the cake display boxes are not provided, instead we will vacuum pack the cake and decorative biscuits and deliver them in a standard box. We will be unable to guarantee the date that the customer will receive their order. Kindly take note before ordering.
Currently, we are only available in West Malaysia.
As all our products are all freshly made without preservatives, cakes and petries require cold storage. Kindly consume within 5-7 days. It can be microwaved for 10-15 seconds or removed from the refrigerator in advance to serve at room temperature. Consuming smaller portions is recommended.
Frequent small meals are recommended as opposed to large servings.
All cakes, petries, and treats are made of human-grade ingredients. We do not add any preservatives, attractants and flavourings. Let us know if your furbaby has any dietary restrictions or allergies to avoid any discomfort. Cakes are not suitable for furbaby under 6 months old.

Do take note that bookings are required to get a cake! These bookings are subject to availability on a first-pay first-reserved basis. If there is any urgent order, kindly communicate with our customer service whether there is slot availability or not. The order will only be confirmed after full payment is received, otherwise the order is NOT confirmed. We reserved the right to reject the order, if payment is made when the slots are full. Any amendments / postponement / change of collection date / cancellation / refund is NOT allowed after order confirmation. Any changes of cake design after order confirmed may cause additional charges.
